further authorized, upon such certification, to contract with the Certified <br />Economic Develdpment Corporation for the performance of administrative functions <br />for the CEDC (secretarial, office space and clerical) at cost, upon guidelines <br />established from time to time by the Executive Committee of Centralina. <br /> <br /> FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council is authorized to e~end existing and <br />programmed HUD grant funds of up to $13,000.00 plus Council general revenues <br />for match of up ~o $6~500.00 in the furtherance of the establishment of said <br />CEDC. <br /> <br /> FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall be effective only upon the <br />ratification and approval of the same by the Boards of County Commissioners <br />of the North Carolina connties of Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklen- <br />burg, Rowan, Stanly and Union. <br /> <br /> Duly adopted by the Centralina Council of Governments a~ its regular <br /> <br />meeting on November , 1981. <br /> <br /> <br />
