In fact, we do not now provide any com- <br />pensation for attending these meetings. <br /> <br />Third, since Centralina was orRanized over 10 years ago, the Chairman has received <br />$i00,00 a month compensation for his services. The Chairman does not receive any <br />other compensation or mileage for attending any meetings. It is proposed to <br />increase the compensation of the Chairman from $100.00 per month to $200.00 per <br />month. <br /> <br />These three resolutions will only become effective when they have been adopted by <br />three-fourths of our member governments. We would appreciate it if you would put <br />adoption of the attached resolutions on the agenda of your next convenient <br />governing board meeting.
