WHEREAS: The Authority intends to issue its Pollution <br />Control Revenue Bond (Philip Morris Project) (the Master Bond) <br />and its Pollution Control Revenue Refunding Bond (Philip Morris <br />Project) (the Refunding Bond) (collectively, the Bonds) each in <br />the face amount of the aggregate principal amount of advances <br />made thereunder with the sum of such face amounts never to <br />exceed $5,000,000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS: Under NCGS S159C-4 the issuance of bonds <br />under the Act must be approved by the governing body of the <br />county in which the project to be financed under the Act is <br />located; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Commissioners of the <br />County of Cabarrus do the following: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COF~4ISSIONERS FOR THE <br />COUNTY OF CABARRUS: <br /> <br />The issuance of the Bonds is hereby approved. <br />Commissioner moved the passage <br />of the foregoing resolution and Commissioner <br /> <br />seconded the motion, and the resolution was passed by the fol- <br />lowing vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Commissioners <br /> <br /> Noes: <br /> <br /> Not voting: <br /> <br /> Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
