Box 707 <br />Concord, N.C. 28025 <br /> <br />Dear Charles: <br /> <br />The Caba_wrus County Board of Health in official session on May 22, 1980 <br />unanLmDusly approved a m2del Diabetes and Glaucona Detection ProqE~a~n~. for <br />Cabarrus County citiz~ns'~Th~ program ~---~--~d at education, screening <br />and referral for medical attention. The grant request is for $22,000 which <br />will provide for the salary of a public health nurse, fringe benefits, <br />supplies and travel. Direct funding by tt~ county will not be required for <br />this project.
