This amendment is necessitated by the approval effective February <br /> 1, 1980 of budget revisions that you had requested. <br /> <br /> Executing this amendment will make "official" the approval that you had <br /> already received from our office on this matter. All records and reports <br /> should now reflect the changes in attachments A and B included in this <br /> <br /> sign both copies of this amendment. Please retain the copy and attach <br /> and file it with your copy of the original contract.
