AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT <br /> <br />Amendment Ntu~ber ' 1 to Contract, T_i~ II-B; Contract fQr $oe~a] S~rx, lr~ , , <br /> <br /> This' Amendment, entered into this 1st 'day of February , 19 80 , <br /> <br />by and between'the Centralina Council of Covernments <br /> <br />(hereinafter called the "Council") and Cabarrus County (for ServSces Provided by <br /> <br />Dept. of Social Services) (hereinafter called the "Agency"), <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH THAT: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council and the Agency have mutually agreed to make the following <br />changes to Contract, Title III-B; Contract for Social Services <br /> <br />dated October 1, 1979 , which is now in effect: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties do mutually agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Paragraph 4 of the contract is amended by deleting therefrom the sum of $45.131 <br /> <br />and inserting in lieu thereof the sum of $58~308 , so that the total <br /> <br />eompensation and reimbursement ts be paid the Agency under this contract, and all <br /> <br />amendments thereto, shall not exceed the sum of $58~308 <br /> <br />2.
