(B) That the territory described in said per,ties is located in Cabarrus County contiguous to the present boundaries of the Kannapolis sanitary District 'and that no municipal corporation nor any part of thc territory of a municipal corporation is included in said territory, nor is any part of a mill village included in said territory. (C) That said petition was duly signed by all Of the owners owning real property Within the proposed territory to be annexed to the Kannapolis Sanitary District. (D) That said petition requests that all necessary action required by Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General Statutes of North Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District be'taken so as to annex the territory described in the petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District. (E) That it is for the best interest of the KannaPolis Sanitary District and the territory ~equested to be anqexed unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District that said territory be included within the boundaries of the K~nnapolis Sanitary District and receive the services of the Sanitary District. Section 2. That the Sanitary District Board of the Kannapolls Sanitary District approve and does hereby approve the annexation of the territory described in said petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District and does hereby recon~end to the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Cabarrus and the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Rowan that said BOards of Commissioners approve the annexation ,of such territory. Section 3. That said Sanitary District Board does hereby recommend to the North Carolina CommissiOn ~or Health S~rvices that the North Carolina Commi~slon for i{ealth Services approve the annexation of the territory described in said petition u~to the Kannapolis Sanitary District.
