(B) That the territOry described ~n said petition is <br /> <br />located in Cabarrus. County contiguous to the present <br />boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and that no <br />municipal corporation nor any part of the territory of a <br />municipal corporation is included in said territory, nor is any <br />part of a mill village included in said territory. <br /> <br /> (C) That Said petition was duly signed by all of the <br /> <br />owners owning real property within the proposed territory to be <br />annexed to the KannapOlis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> (D) That said petition requests that all necessary action <br />required bY Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General Statutes o~ <br />North Carolina for the eXtenSion of the boundaries of the <br />Kannapolis Sanitary District be taken so as to. annex the <br />territory described in the petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitary <br />District. <br /> <br /> (E) That it is for the best inter~st of the Kannapolis <br />Sanitary District and the territory requested to be anneXed <br />unto the Kannapolis Sanitary DiStrict that said territory be <br />inclUded within the boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary <br />District and receive the services of the Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Sanitary District Board of the <br /> <br />Kannapolis Sanitary District approve and does hereby approve <br />the annexatiOn of the territory described in said petition unto <br />the Kannapolis Sanitary District and does hereby recon~end to <br />the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Cabarrus and <br />the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Rowan that <br />Said Boards of Commissioners approve the annexation of such <br />territory. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That Said Sanitary ~istrict Board does hereby <br />recommend to the Nor~h Carolina Commission for Health Services <br />that the North carolina Commission for iiealth Services approve <br />the annexation of the territory described in said petition unto <br />the Kannap~lis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> <br />
