That the Secretary of the Sanitary District <br /> Board of tha Kannapolis Sanitary District is hereby directed to <br /> certify a copy of this resolution to the Chairman of the Board <br /> of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus and for the Chairman <br /> of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Rowan and to the <br /> Director of the Division of Health Services, Department of Human <br /> Resources, State of North Carolina. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Carl W. Brown , seconded by <br /> <br /> Phillip R. Lippard , the foregoing resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO KANNAPOLIS <br />SANITARY DISTRICT" was passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Everette L. Murph, Phillip M. Meacham, Carl W~ Brown <br />H. Clee Overcash, and Phillip R. Lippard. <br /> <br /> Noes: None. <br /> <br /> I, Phillip R.
