(B) That the territory described in said petition is located in Cabarrus County contiguous to the present boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and that no municipal corporation nor any part of the territory of a municipal corporation is included in said territory, nor is any part of a mill.village included in said territory. (C) That said ~petition was duly signed by ali of the owners owning real property within the proposed territory to be annexed to the Kannapolis Sanitary District. (D) That said petition requests that all necessary acDion ~equired by Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General Statutes of North Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District be taken so as to annex the territory described in the petition unto the Kannapo]is Sanitary District. (E) That it is for the best interest of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and the territory requested to be annexed unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District that said territory be included within the boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and receive the services of the Sanitary District. Section 2~ That ~he Sanitary District Board of the Kannapolis Sanitary District approve and does hereby approve the annexation of the territory described in said petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District and does hereby recon~cnd to the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Cabarrus and the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Rowan that said Boards of Commissioners approve the annexation of such territory. Sectioh 3. That said Sanitary District Board does hereby recon~end to the North Carolina Commission for Health Services that the North Carolina Commission for Health Scrvic,3s approve the annexation of the territory described in sa~d p~3tition unL~3 the Kannapolis Sanitary District.
