The emphasis <br />will ~e ~o incorporate M~e human services transportation needs <br />w~th t~ex~stzng T~ansportatzon Plan These funds w~ll be <br />utilized to emp--~-~T~y~a consultant to do'a portion of the plan <br />with some funds all~ated to defray cost of part-time personnel <br />working in this project'area. With confirmation of this grant, <br />we ask that the necessaryX'~udget amendments be effected. <br /> \ <br />Please be advised that we ha~e been eficouraged by the Department <br />of Transportation to submit ~ second grant (to be submitted <br />July 25, 1980) to study the C~barrus-Rowan transit needs in <br />Kannapolis and adjacent areas~. This intent to submit the joint <br />grant proposal will be takep/before the Rowan County Board of <br />Commissioners on July 7, 19p0.
