Box 707 <br /> Concord, NC 28025 <br /> <br /> Dear Mr. Chandler: <br /> <br /> On March 14, 1980, the Board of Transportation met and reviewed <br /> your request for planning funds under the Section 18 program for <br /> FY 1980. The Board has approved $11,998.43 for the up-date of an <br /> existing transit-oriented TDP that will be expanded to include and <br /> coordinate human service transportation (18 months). <br /> <br /> The next steps in the grant process will include (1) completion <br /> of Appendix A and B which will identity a line item budget for the <br /> project and also indicate the appropriate amount of federal and <br /> local dollars involved; (2) preparation of contracts for local <br /> execution; and (3) completion of the pre-award audit and review of <br /> any third party contracts.
