WORK NECESSARY ON PARKING FACILITY ~2 IN ORDER TO BECOb~ FULLY OPERATIVE <br /> <br /> 1. Break-up sidewalk and curb and replace with proper curbcuts <br /> as per diagram. (cost of concrete and finishing) <br /> <br /> 2. More street light at sidewalk. (cost of approx. $600) <br /> <br /> 3. Remove wooden pole in center of parking lot. (no'charge, to be <br /> done upon request to the Concord Light & Water Department) <br /> <br /> 4. Install the limited amount of landscaping to reinforce parking <br /> arrangement. <br /> <br /> 5. Fill in worked area and patch asphalt at rear of lot to effect <br /> suitable drainage pattern. <br /> <br /> 6. Install high curb between Gamble's lot at rear of building and <br /> County lot. <br /> <br /> 7. Stripe and number parking spaces as per diagram, making sure <br /> flow of traffic is exactly as depicted. <br /> <br /> 8. Trim trees near lot line no accommadate parking and a general <br /> clean up of the area. <br /> <br /> NOTE: At least items #3,5,6,7 and 8 must be done prior to any <br /> ass~gnmenE of spaces. <br /> <br /> A brick walk should be installed co cross planter, approx- <br /> imately midway between spaces 35 and 58. to discourage cut <br /> through damage to landscaped planted area, This would <br /> necessitate the removal of only 6ne more shrub and labor <br /> and less than 100 brick. There would be no need to break <br /> curb or modify existing sidewalk section. In addition, a <br /> diagonal crosswalk should be painted across Church Street <br /> to connect the two lots. <br /> <br /> <br />
