As a result, no funds were requested in <br /> the Health Department budget. The estimated cost of the vaccine is $11.95 <br /> per 10 shot vial. It is estimated that 1000 doses would be needed at a <br /> cost of ~1,195~.. <br /> <br /> The ~oard of Health requests consideration of funds to provide flu vaccine <br /> to the elderly and chronically ill. <br /> <br /> Sincerely yours, <br /> <br /> Albe~t J.
