A map showing boundaries of cbc telephone exchanges <br /> included in the proposed system area the telephone <br /> central office location, and the proposed Public <br /> Safety Answering Point {PSAP) location. <br /> <br /> c. The name anu mailing address of the agency proposed <br /> to operate the PSAP and the name and telephone number <br /> of the PSA? manager. (The person having day-to-day <br /> responsibility for the operation of the ?SAP.) <br /> <br /> d. A list of all participating agencies whose services <br /> will be avai!able by dialing 911. <br /> <br /> e. A list of proposed system hardware, franking and <br /> features showing respecnive installation and <br /> recurring costs Budgetary estimates as provided by <br /> the serving telephone companies will be acceptable. <br /> <br /> 2. Additional information is necessary ghat must be determined prior <br />to active system implementation. The application should either contain the <br />following, or present the applicants plan and time schedule for obtaining <br /> <br /> a. A description of the procedures and agreements for <br /> <br /> (1) responding to 911 calls originating outside the area <br /> served by the PSAP. (i.e. calls from residents of <br /> another county who are served by an exchange overlapping <br /> county lines and trunked to the requesting counny PSAP) <br /> <br /> (2) A plan for responding to calls routed to a PSAP that <br /> serves an adjoining county (i.e. calls from residents <br /> of the county who are served by an exchange that is <br /> franked to the adjoining county) <br /> <br /> (3) A plan for handliug calls from residents of the county <br /> who do not have access to 911 for whatever reason. <br /> <br /> b. A description of the 911 routing and switching configuration <br /> with pertinent technical equipment specifications <br /> <br /> c. A description of the secondary means of providing service <br /> in the event of the failure of either or both of the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> (1) All or a portion of 911 emergency telephone systems, <br /> <br /> (2) Failure of PSAP primary power, <br /> <br /> \P_ <br /> <br /> <br />
