Police Inorrmation Network - Make PIN Terminals and operators in <br /> police departments and sheriff's departments available to transmit <br /> and receive exercise messages. <br /> <br /> 5. Liaison Officer - Each county listed above and the City of Charlotte <br /> furnish liaison officer to SERT. <br /> <br /> E. Duke Power Company personnel. <br /> <br /> F. The American National Red Cross and the Salvation Army. <br /> <br /> G. Radio Station WEZC representatives will participate. <br /> <br /> ti. Tile National Weather Service. The role of other Federal agencies will be <br /> simulated by the Exercise Control Group in tile exercise. Fedei~at <br /> agencies are invited to send observers. <br /> <br /> I. Southern Bell Telephone Company is invited to send representatives. <br /> <br />VI. SCENARIO. Attached at Annex A is the scenorio for the exercise which <br /> indicates the general ~ituation, special situation and first requirement. <br /> <br />VII. EXERCISE CONTROL AIID EVALUATION. <br /> <br /> A. Players. Those individuals participating in tile exercise playing <br /> their assigned emergency response plan rote for government and industry. <br /> <br /> B. Coutrollers. The Exercise Control Group will be composed of repre- <br /> sentatives of the depart~nts, agencies, counties and industries sho¥in <br /> in paragraph IV above. These representatives will develop the scenario, <br /> a Schedule o£ Controller Events and Notes, prewritten messages and <br /> other exercise activities.
