A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE NORTH <br /> ~..~. CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION <br /> QUALIFY THE CABAREUS COUNTY LAND RECORDS <br /> i..~.. :~ MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR ANALOGOUS FUNDINGS <br /> MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AS ESTABLISHED BY <br /> CHAPTER 1099. SESSION LAWS. 1977 <br /> <br /> WHEP~AS Cabarrus County recognizes a need to create a more <br /> efficient standardized land record system with long range plans <br /> for modernization of its land records; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners has examined and <br /> duly considered this resolution and considers it Eo be im the <br /> public interest and to frs benefit to file the request for funds <br /> under the North Carolina Land Records Management Program; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED 8Y THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> CO}~ISSIONERS OF CABARRUS COUNTY.
