Enrollment in Cabarrus County <br /> <br />Our service to the citizens of Cabarrus is broad and Far reaching. Adults served <br />in classes in Cabarrus County continues to be impressive. <br /> <br /> 1975-76 6,730 adults enrolled <br /> 1975-77 7,3B5 adults enrolled <br /> 1977-78 7,010 adults enrolled <br /> <br />~lis academic year, October 1, 1978 - March 26, 1979, 3,986 adults have enrolled. <br />If the enrollment continues thret~gh the second half of the year as it has the <br />first half then 7,972 will enroll in classes this year. <br /> <br /> Our Needs and Reasons for Request of Funds <br /> <br />Total Re~lest - $~O~000.Oq <br /> <br /> Itemization <br /> <br />A. Lease, Renovation and Utility Cost - $12~500.00 <br /> <br /> 1. Our mQsn drastic need is for a centralized location in the Concord area. <br /> As has been mentioned b~fore our space at the Cabarrus County School <br /> office is woefully inadequate and the fact is that the CaDarrus County <br /> Schools need the space we continue to use now. <br /> <br /> 2. It would be a great help to the citizens of Cabarrus County to be able <br /> to locate and come to a facility that has a specific identity and that <br /> they can be proud of. <br /> <br /> <br />
