4. Operation of Line. <br /> The Board shall continue to operate and maintain the exist- <br />ing sewer line and shall operate and maintain the sewer cor~nector <br />line once it is fully installed a]~d inspected. The Board shall <br />also continue to accept sewage effluent from both such lines for <br />treatment facilities. For the use of both lines, Indus~ shall <br />pay to the Board its lowest available zewage rates as determined <br />from time to time for large volllme industrial users. The Board <br />shall make a diligent and good faith continuing effort to main- <br />tain such sewer lines so that both the county and Industry shall <br />have a continuing source of ade~ate sewage discharge facilities. <br /> <br /> 5. Binding Effect, Etc. <br /> This Agreement shall inure to f~he benefit of and be binding <br />upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and <br />assigns.
