parks, and other public requirements, all in accordance with a <br /> well-considered comprehensive plan. <br /> <br /> C, Decisions of the Planning Board may be appealed to <br /> the Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br /> Section VII Submission of Site Plans and Record Plats <br /> <br /> The developer of mobile home parks and property other than <br /> single family detached or dual family residential units must file <br /> an acceptable site plan with the Cabarrus County Planning Depart- <br /> ment. This plat must be approved prior to the issuance of building <br /> permits. The final plat mush be filed with the office of the <br /> Cabarrus County Register of Deeds. <br /> If after the permits have been issued under this section, <br /> any lot or space in said development is used in a manner that <br /> violatesthe terms of this ordinance or other ordinances lawfully <br /> adopted by Cabarrus County, the permit shall be revoked by the <br /> Cabarrus County Building Inspector or other officer, employee or <br /> agent of Cabarrus County appointed by the Board of County Con~nissioners <br /> of Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> Section VIII. Penalty <br /> <br /> Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of <br /> this ordinance, or who shall violate or fail to comply with any <br /> other order made thereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and <br /> be punished as provided by General Statute 14-4. Each day the <br /> violation shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate <br /> offense. <br /> <br /> Section IX. Existin~ Lots and Spaces <br /> <br /> The provisions of this ordinance shall not prohibit the <br /> continuing use of any lot or space in existance on the effective <br /> date of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section X. Conflict <br /> <br /> When the requirements of this ordinance conflict with the <br /> requirements of other lawfully adopted rules, regulations, or <br /> ordinances of Cabarrus County, or deed restrictions imposed by <br /> any developer or landowner, the more stringent or higher require- <br /> ments shall govern. <br /> <br /> Section XI. Separability <br /> <br /> Should any section or provision of these regulations be for <br />any reason held invalid by any court of law, such action shall not <br />effect the validity of any other section or provision hereof which <br />is not itself invalid. <br /> <br /> <br />
