Box 707 <br />Concord, N.C. 28025 <br /> <br />Dear Charles: <br /> <br />The Cabarrus County Board of Health in official session on July 19, 1979 <br />approved a "H__~h Priority Infant Trac'king Pro,ram" for Cabarrus County. <br />The N. C. General Assembly appropriated funds for use by local health <br />departments to carry out the goals and objectives of this program. <br /> <br />Cabar~us County has been allocated $_J15,345.00 to carI], out the in~ent of <br />this program. The Board of Health request that a budget revision in the <br />amount of $15~345t00 be added to the 5~ternal and Child Health Budget <br />to '.n?lement this pro~.-'_a~n. This progr~n }yill__~t require an_y_~a~-~l-- <br />matching non__ey_.
