McGinnis/County Manager ~_.-~.c~~ <br />FROM: W.S Chandler, Jr./Director of Planning <br />SUBJECT: Resolutions from the Harrisburg Town Council <br />DATE: September 4, 1979 <br /> <br />Enclosed are copies of two ~esolutiohs adopted by the Town <br />Council of Harrisburg for the consideration of the Board of <br />County Commissioners. <br /> <br />The first resolution is the reqUest that the county SubdivisiOn <br />Orate. to be implemented in the jurisdictional a~ <br />To~m~m'o_ Harrisburg and enforced bY Cabarrus County until Harris- <br />burg has its own ordinance. <br /> <br />The second resolution pledges formal cooperation with Cabarrus <br />County in the area of street and subdivision naming. Prior to <br />this time, cooperation has been on an informal basis. <br /> <br />These resolutions would result in a more uniform continuation of <br />Cabarrus County's policies in the area of subdivision regulations <br />and street naming. <br /> <br />pds <br /> <br /> <br />
