It appears from <br /> these maps that the sole landowner adjoining this road, other <br /> than Philip Morris, is the Cabarrus County Board of Education. <br /> Therefore, a copy of the resolution to be adopted by the <br /> Cabarrus County Board of Commu[ssioners must be sent by regis- <br /> tered or certified mail to the Cabarrus County Board of Education. <br /> <br /> Let me know if you have any questions or comments <br /> concerning our proceedings with respect to this road.
