Our approval <br />is contingent upon the approval of the Application by both the <br />Cabarrus County Commissioners and the Board of Aldermen of the <br />City of Concord and upon Historic Cabarrus, Inc. being granted <br />distribution rights to all publications not required by the <br />County and City which will not be less than Six Hundred (600) <br />of the One Thousand (1,000) to be published. <br /> <br />We believe that the continuation of this program is an essential <br />step in the process of preserving and protecting the architectural <br />heritage of our community, and we encourage you to likewise lend <br />your approval to this Application. <br /> <br />Yours truly, <br /> <br />Adam C.
