The Board of Commissioners for the County of,Cabarrus, North <br /> Carolina, met in regular session in Concord, North Carolina, at <br /> <br /> o'clock m. on the _ day of November, 1979. <br /> <br /> Present: <br /> <br /> Absent: <br /> <br /> B. S. Brown, Jr., representing the Kannapolis Sanitary District, <br /> presented the ~ollowing resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF <br /> TERRITORIES TO KANNAPOLIS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CO~%~ISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF <br /> CABARRUS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Board of Commissioners for the County of <br /> Cabarrus has determined and does hereby find and declare: <br /> <br /> (a) That on a resolution was received <br /> <br /> from the Sanitary District Board of the Kannapolis Sanitary District <br /> relating to the annexation of territories to the Kannapolis Sanitary <br /> District. <br /> <br /> (b) That the territories described in the various petitions <br /> consist of the following: <br /> <br /> (1) The property of Newmoon Nolan Jung and wife, Karen Davis <br /> Jung, located on Westwood Drive, Cabarrus County, North <br /> Carolina. <br /> <br /> (2) The property of Lafayette D. Morgan and wife, Vernice R. <br /> Morgan, located north of Centergrove Road, Cabarrus County, <br /> North Carolina. <br /> <br /> (3) The property of C. L. Isenhour and others located on <br /> Glenwood Street, Rowan County, North Carolina. <br /> ~.~'~ of L.
