The newer document, while more sophisticated, is as complete from an FAA acceptability standpoint as the one you have in hand. Therefore, we ~eel the EIAR Cabarrus County has in hand is ~epresentative and we are sot presumptuous to submit to you a bill for 80 percent completion of the EIAR - .8($3,021) or $2,416.80. The contractual fee for the EIAR is $5,021, but $2,000 of that figure is for the noise analysis and archae- ological studies, both of which are underway.
