Therefore, we ~eel the EIAR Cabarrus County has in hand
is ~epresentative and we are sot presumptuous to submit to you
a bill for 80 percent completion of the EIAR - .8($3,021) or
$2,416.80. The contractual fee for the EIAR is $5,021, but
$2,000 of that figure is for the noise analysis and archae-
ological studies, both of which are underway.

The atta.~¢~ bill, t~for 80~r~ !%~pi~Of
the Phas~II Site Selection Stud~; and, ~cent com-
~~ minus miscellaneous expenses for noise
analysis and archaeological study, $2,416.80. ~e total billing
is ~1~,~28.80. ~e documents Cabarrus County has i~a~
~vi~ence of substantial completion of the contract work.

I trust this lengthy discussion adequately answers any
questions you might have about the billing, progress made,
and work completed.
