I <br /> i rogress ..~ aport <br /> Page Two <br /> <br /> The Owner and Prank ]31ack, Into have agreed on 'a' seltl, ement of the <br /> damages related to the delays of the completion of the gpading. <br /> <br /> The A'~2 contractor, Watson Electric, has completed 74% overall on <br /> theii' contract with the completion of construction about 16% and stored <br /> material and equipment approximately 58%. <br /> <br /> Division ~ <br /> <br />The Division ]3 contracts are General, B-l, Noil Construction Co.; and <br />Electrical, B=2, \Vatson Electrical Construction Company. This contract <br />includes the Step I and II Aeration Tank, Ozone Generation and Contact <br />structures, Oxygen Plant and all related electrical. <br /> <br />The Division B-1 contractor, Noll has completed about 98% of all concrete <br />work. This includes the Step I and Step II Aeration Tauk, the Ozone <br />Contact Tank, and all boxes and pads in the Oxygen Plant Area. Noll <br />has iastailed equipment in the Oxygen plant area such as the Oxygen <br />storage tanks, compressors, and cooling tower. The cold box should be <br />inslalled within 30 days. About 33% of the aerators have been installed <br />on the Step I and Step II Aeration tanks. To date about 65% of the major <br />equipment has been installed. At1 the masonry work is complete and all <br />buildings in this contract are under roof. Overall the }3-1 contractor is <br />73% complete including stored materials. The completed construction <br />excluding stored material is 59% xvith the stored material representing <br />about 14% of the fora! earned lo date. <br /> <br />The B-2 contractor, Watson ]Electric, has completed 38% as work per- <br />formed and has about 34% stored material on the job %vhich gives an overall' <br />completion of 72%. <br /> <br />Division C <br /> <br />The Division C contracts are General, C-1, James E. Cox Construction <br />Company; and Electrical, C-2, Watson Electrical Construction Company. <br />This division includes the four (4) Primary Clarifiers, two (2) Primary <br />Sludge Pump Stations, a Lime Slurry system and related electrical work. <br /> <br />The C-1 Contractor, Cox, has completed all concrete work on the Pump <br />Stations, Lime Metering systems and all structural concrete work on the <br />Clarifiers. Three of the four clarifiers bottoms have been grouted. <br />Nearly 100% of. the clarifier equipment has been set and about 98% of <br />pumping equipment. The Lime Slurry Metering Station structure is <br />complete and about 40% of the lime feed system is complete. Overall, the <br />C-1 contractor is 86~/0 complete which includes stored materials. The <br />materials stored on site to date arnount to appi'oximately 5% of the contract. <br />The construction completed is 81% of the contract. <br /> <br /> ~IIBIT "h" (page 2) <br /> <br /> <br />
