Application packages for the Youth Community Conservation Improvement <br />Projects were released beginning August 21 and were due back to the COG <br />on August 30, 1978. Form applications were received and the RMAC Youth <br />Committee will rate these proposals on September 1, 1978. Recommended the <br />Charlotte-Mecklenburg Youth Council to operate this program from January 1979- <br />September 1979. <br /> <br />In September the staff will finalize non-financial agreements with the <br />local technical institutes who operate Human Resources Development programs <br />for Region F. <br /> <br /> <br />
