Commissioners do hereby <br />delegate the authority to the Community Development Coordinator <br />of the Cabarrus County Community Development Program to act on <br />behalf of Cabarrus County on the following matters in carrying <br />out the Cabarrus_County Community. Development Program: <br /> <br /> 1. To approve applications or any other documents <br /> required to implement project activities of the <br /> Community Development Program~ <br /> <br /> 2. To handle all administrative requirements in carry- <br /> ing out the Community Development Program. <br /> <br /> 3; To be responsible for all contracts required to <br /> implement project activities. The Community Develop- <br /> ment Coordinator shall be the contracting officer. <br /> <br /> 4.
