My <br />purpose is to secure from the Board a letter of endorsement of the regional <br />plan as stated in the application. You should include in this letter: <br />1. Recognition of the need for a regional EMS system <br />2. Recognition of Centralina Council of Governments as the appl£cant. <br />3. Indication of support of and cooperation in implementing the plan <br />- 4. The amount and type of-in-kind match.
