The Commission does not wish <br />to'take any action that might create ill feelings between the City of Concord and <br />Cabarrus County residents, however, we feel that some form of financial assistance is <br />vitally necessary in order for us to continue to make our recreation facilities <br />available to Cabarrus County.resident.
