Barnes, Program Representative, was in- <br />formed that fiscal matters of the Project were to be handled by the Cabarrus <br />County Finance Office. <br /> <br />Prior to the trs~sfer of any funds or financial records, the following will <br />be necessary: <br /> <br /> a. that a letter of agreement signed by you and th~ County Mmnager <br />stipulating that by unanimous vote, the Advisory Board of the Cabarrus Senior <br />Services, Inc., Grantee Agency, accepts the services of the County Manager's <br />Office in handling the Fiscal transactions and records of the Cabarrus Senior <br />Services, Inc. Documentation of this action must be reflected in the minutes <br />of the Board of Directors of the Cabarrus Senior Services, Inc. <br /> <br /> b. that such fiscal transactions and records will be kept in a separate <br />account and easily identifiable for audit purposes. <br /> <br /> c. that a satisfactory agreement as to the time and method of processimg <br />checks to be issued to cover project obligations be worked out to the satisfac- <br />tion of the Project Director and the Cabarrus County Finance Officer. <br /> <br /> d. that the original of this agreement with original 'signatures be for- <br />warded to the Offic8 for Aging and made a part of the Cabarrus Senior Services, <br />Inc.' 1977 Title VII Nutrition Program. <br /> <br /> If there are amy questions, please do not hesitate to call. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> <br />cc: Nrs.
