Our recommendation to the Commission will be one of approval. <br />This memo is meant to'serve as notification of upcoming action on your plan. If <br />anyone wishes to appear at the Commission ~eeting to speak concerning the proposed <br />pay plan, please notify this office by August S so that we may provide for this on <br />the meeting agenda.
