The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, North Carolins wt in adjourned regular session at the Courthouse in Concord, North Oarc, lina, the regular place of meeting at 10 O'clock, A. SCHOOL and that the ~oard wouldt~adiatel~ hear a~y and all citizens ~ud tax- ~yers who might desire to protest against the. tss,~;ance of saidhc~ds. No citizen or .taxpayer of the County apgeared, either in person or = attorney to protest ag=~mt the issuance ofan~ of said bonds, and the Clerk a~nounced that no pr~test. Lu writin~ signed by any citizen or ~, had been presented. Thereupon, upon motion of ¢o~aissic~er ~M M~rrison, seconded by Commissioner C M Crowell, and carried, the order introduced andpaaaed on first rea~ing on Ma~ 4, 1~42 authorizing $13,0OO School Buildin~ · as read a second time and placed upon its final passage.
