EASTERLING~ Secretary Local Government Co~nission By_ Desi'gn~t~d Ks sist'a~'t Section h, That the action of the County Attorney in applying to the Local Government Commission for its approval and sale of the School Building Bond Anticipation Notes herein auth- orized, and the action of the Local Goverrm~nt ~ommission in approving said notes and in asking. for sealed b~ds for said notes (by publishing a sale notice and printing and distributing cir- culars) be and the same is hereby ratified and confirmed. Commissioner P. E. Stallings moved the passage of the foregoing resolution entitled : "RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $~67~O00 SCHOOL BUILDING BOND AI~IICIPATION NOTES "~ and Commissioner M. S. Lyles seconded the motion and the resolution was passed by the following vote: Ayes: Commissioners J. Lee ~'~hite, chairman, P. E. Stallings, Homer L. Fink, L. Bowman Barrier M. S. Lyles.
