M. December 8, <br />1952, as the hour and day for the public hearing upon the foregoing order, and directed the Clerk <br />to publish said or~er, together with the appended note as required by The County Finance Act, as <br />amended, in the Concord Tribune, not later than the tenth day before said date. <br /> <br /> ************************* <br /> <br /> I, John R. Field, County Accountant of Cabarrus County, North Carolina, do make and file <br /> <br />the following statement of the financial condition of said county, having been designated by the <br />Board of County Commissioners for that purpose, said statement includes a statement ~ of debt incurrE <br />and to be incurred for the other than school purposes under orders either introduced or passed, <br />whether evidenced by bonds, notes or otherwise, and whether incurred by original creation of the <br />debt or by assumption of .debt, including debt tg/the State or any department thereof, but does not <br />include obligations incurred to meet a~.~propriations in anticipation of revenues to an amount not <br />exceeding the amount of the last preceding t ax levy for other than school purposes, or debt in- <br />curred in anticipation of the sale of any kind of bonds except funding and refunding bonds& <br /> <br /> (a) The assessed valuation of property as last <br /> <br /> fixed for county taxation - - $95,025,382.00 <br /> (b) Outstanding debt for other than school <br /> purposes 286,000.00 <br /> (c) Bonded debt for other than school purposes <br /> to be incurred under orders either passed or <br /> introducted: <br /> Courthouse Bonds 72,000.00 <br /> <br /> <br />
