to correct the dwscription in its resolution of March 6, 1951, creating the Royal Oaks Sanitary <br /> <br />District, in the respect above indicated and to certify t~ this Board a copy of its resolution <br />making such correction. <br /> <br /> Section 2~ That the Clerk of the Boar~ of Commissioners is hereby directed to cause a <br />certified copy of this resolution to be forwarded to the North Carolina State Board of Health and <br /> <br />to the Sanitary ~istrict Board ~ the Royal Oaks Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner P. Ernest Stallings, seconded by Commissioner M. Smoot Lyles <br />the foregoing resolution entitled: "RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ROYAL OAKS SANITARY DISTRICT" was <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes; Commissioners- J.
