Lee White, and Commissioners M.Smoot Lyles, p.Ernest Stallings. <br />andW.Frank McCray <br /> <br /> Absent: L.Bowman Barrier. <br /> <br /> Commissioner P.Ernest Stallings introduced the following resolution which was read: <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING A RESOLUTION PASSED ON MAY 14, 1956, ENTITLED: <br /> "RESOLUTION PROVIDING Fd~ ~HE ISSUANCE OF A $50,000 SCHOOL BUILDING <br /> BOND ANTI CIPATION NOTE" <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the Coun~y~f Cabarrus: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That a resolution passed on May 14, 1956, entitled:"RESOLUTION PROVIDING <br /> <br />FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A $50,000 SCHOOL BUILDING BOND ANTICIPATION NOTE" be and the same is hereby <br />amended as follows, so that the $50,000 School Building Bond Anticipation Note to be issued pur- <br />suant to said resolution shall be dated July 18, 1956 and shall mature on January 18, 1957: <br /> <br /> (a) strike out the words and figures "which note shall be dated June 20, 1956, shall <br /> <br /> <br />
