Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect upon its passage. Commissioner M.Smoot Lyles moved the passage of the foregoing resolution entitled: "RESOLUTION AMENDING A RESOLUTION PASSED ON MAY 1~, 1956, ENTITLED: 'RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A $50,000 SCHOOL BUILDING BOND ANTICIPATION NOTE'" and Commissioner W.Frank McCray seconded the motion, andthe resolution was passed by the following vote: Ayes: Commissioners J. Lee White, M.Smoot Lyles, P.Eznest Stallings and W.Frank McCray. Noes: None.
