<br /> RESOLUTION OF THE B~kRD OF COMMISSIONERS OF CABARRUS COUNTY PROVIDING FOR THE
<br /> ENLARGEMENT O BOUNDARIES OF THE JACKSON PRRK VOLUNTEER FIRE DISTRICT

<br /> Nhereas, t he Bcard of Commissioners of Caba~rus Oounty has heretofore established boundarie
<br /> for the Jackson Park Volunteer Fire District, said resolution being recorded in Minute Book no.
<br /> 13 page 323; and
<br /> WHEREAS, tM said fire district is to be extended to include an area of four miles around
<br /> the fire station, as by law provided;
<br /> NOW, 2HEREFORE, be it resolved for the purpose of extending the boundaries of the Jackson
<br /> Park Volunteer Fire District to include an areaof four miles around the fire station, t he des-
<br /> cription of said fire district as adopted heretofore and recorded in h~inute Book no. 13, page
<br /> be and the same is hereby amended by substituting the following description of said district:
<br /> BEGINNING in center of bridge over Irish Buffalo Creek on State Highway No. 29-A and
<br /> western city limits of Concord, North CarQlina; thence in a northerly direction along Irish
<br /> Buffalo Creek and western city limits of Uoncord to a point in irish Buffalo Creek where small
<br /> branch empties into Buffalo Creek; thence continuing north along small branch to a point in
<br /> bridge where PoPlar Tent XXoad crosses small branch; thence in a northwesterly direction with
<br /> Poplar Tent Road to Graft Avenue intersection; thence in a westerly direction with Graft Avenue
<br /> to the end of Graft A~enue continuing in westerly direction along an imaginary line to Rock Hill
<br /> colored church on the Rock Hill Church Road; thence in a southerly direction with Rock Hill
<br /> ,Church Road to the intersection of Weddington Road; thence with the WeddingtonRoad in a westerly
<br /> direction to a bridge over Wolfe Meadow Branch; thence in a south-westerly direction along the

<br /> A.T. and T. cables crosses Irish Buffalo Creek; thence in a northerly direction with Irish Buffalo
