<br /> Section 2. That the Secretary of the Sanitary District Board forward a certified copy of this
<br /> resolution to the Board of County Commissioners of Cabarus County, North Carolina.

<br /> Upon motion by C. Haold Graham, seconded by I.V. Phillips, Jr., the foregoing resolution entitled:
<br /> "RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE REQUESTED TAX RATE TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CABARRUS
