on Tuesday, February !1, 19~8, the purpose of which is to determine the will of the voters in the Concord 5ity Administrative ~chool Unit as to whether there shall be levied and collected in addition to the p res~ntly levied supplemental ta× rate an additional ma×imum annual tax of twenty cents (.20) on the one hundred dollars valuation of taxable property, zeal and personal, in t he Concord City Administrative School Unit, the purpose of said tax being to further supplent the current school expense funds fromState and County allotments. The a~ea of the Concord City Administrative School Unit within which the election is to be held is bounded as follows: Being that boundary line cotezminus ~ith the boundary lines of the ~ity of Concord as provided by Chapter 1055 of the 1957 Session Laws of North Carolina, and genexally described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on t he East edge of the Southern Hailway near the corner of Wilmaz L ~ Pazkand DZ. W. .Ezzell and runs thence North 72-17 E~st crossing U.O. Highway 29, 1269.h feet to a point near the line of the Cabazzus Gounty Club,said point being North of the Cabazzus Memorial Hospital and xuns thence South 31-25 East 2243.2 feet to a point just east of Cixcle Dxive in Wilmaz park; thence South 45-55 East to a point in t he line of ~ilmaz Park Subdivision a~ the line of Bevexly Hill School property; thence with the line of Beverly Hill School property in a noxtheas~erly direction to their coxner in a small branch; thence wi~h t he line of the said branch and Bevezly Hill School pxoperty t0 a po~n~ in the north edge of Stonewood A~enue; thence along th~noxth edge of Stonewood Avenue in a southwesterly direction to a point 72.6 feet west of the sout.hwest coznex of the fence around the Concord Water Works; thence a line south ~5-53 East to a point 178.2 feet in an easterly dixection from t he line o f Todd Avenue p~olonged; thence ~n a southeasterly direction to a point near the intersection of MadisonA~enue and Hampton Stzet in t&e B rookwood Subdivision; thence in a southeasterly dimection to a concrete monument nea~ the intersection of Long and Wilson Streets, in the M.D. Harley property; ~!~ ~ce North 75 East 800 f~ct to a point in the Three Mile Branch; thence along t~s Three ~ile Branch in a southeasterly direction to apoint where it is c~ossed hy the line of Harley and N.A.Archibald; thence with the line of Harley and N.A.Azchibald South 24-45 West 700 feet to their coxner; thence with anethex of thedm lines Noxth 60-50 West 100 feet to a concxete monument; thence ina southeaste ly direction crossing Jefferson ~tzeet just east of its intersection with Adams Street to a point in the south edge of East Depot Street; thence South ~2-07 East crossing East Co~an Street to an .... i~on~stake,.~an old corner between H.~.Calloway and the .Pat~exson estate and runs ~hence wLth two cg Patterson's lines~as follows: Fixst, N. 57~ Eest 280 feet to an i~on stake; thence Second, South 46~ East lO16 feet to an i~on stake ont he line of H.N.
