parallel to the western boundary of the Concord-Kannapolis Highway North 15 1/2 degrees West 650 feet; ~hence North 85 1/2 degrees East 265 feet to a point in the center of the Concord-Kannapolil Highway; thence with the center of said Highway North lh 1/2 degrees West 900 feet moreor less to the point of Beginning, who voted on the proposition of ~he annexation of said territory to the Paxkwogd Sanitary Distric' in Cabarrus County voted in favor of such proposition and the Chairman of the ~oard of Commissioner has been directed to arrange with the North Carolina State Board of Health for a joint public hearing concerning the annexation of said territory to said Parkwood Sanitary District and to take all necessary steps for the holding of such hearing in accordance with law. (b) That the Chaimman of the Board of Commissioners has requested that a representatiw of the North Carol~ma State Board of Health hold a joint ~ublic hearing with the °card of Commissioners concerning the annexation of said territory $o said Parkwood Sanitary District. (c) That the State HeaAth Director and the Chaimman of the Board of Commissioners have named Monday, January 19, 1959 at 4:00 o'clock P. M. at Winecoff School, located within the territory proposed robs annexed, as the time and place atwhich such public hearing shall be held. (d) That if the territory proposed to~ e annexed tot he Parkwood Sanitary District should be annexec to and inclSded within the boundaries of said Parkwood S~nita~y District, then the boundaries of said Parkwood Sanitary District will be as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of the Concord-Kannapolis Highway~ saidpoint being 150 feet north of thenorthern boundary of Winecoff School ~oad, and running thence in two courses 150 feet from and parallel with the northern boundary of Winecoff School ~oad, South 89 degrees West 900' feet, South 55 degrees West 1170 feet more or less to a point 150 feet north of the northern boundary of Winecoff School Road and 150 feet west of the western boundary of Linker Street extended; thence a line in two courses 150 feet from and parallel with the western boundary of Linker Street,South 21 1/2 degrees East 550 feet, South 29 degrees ~ast 625 feet more or less; thence a line 150 feet from and parallel with the southern boundary of Stewart Street North 72 1/2.degrees East 860 feet to a point 150 feet from the westedn boun~ayy of School Street extended; thence a line in two courses 150 feet from and parallel with the western boundary of School Street and said boundary extended, South 20 degrees East 760 feet, South 9 degrees E~st 536 feet to the centerline of Oak Ridge Drive (also called Parkwood Street); thence South 6~ degrees West 1300 feet more cz less to apoint in the csnte~line of Pless S rest 150 feet from the west boundary of School Street; thence parallel to School Street and 150 feet from it South 28 3/~ degrees West 816 feet to Tally's southern boundary; thence following said boundary and crossing School Street South 85 degrees East ~85 feet t o a point 150 feet east of its eastern boundary; thence parallel to it North 28 3/4 degrees East 1200 feet; thence South 83 degrees East 1200 ~eet; thence North 82 degrees East 510 feet more or less to a point in the eastern line of the Southern Railroad .right of way the northwest cor~ of the Dr.W.L.Ezzell home lot; thence follow~ g the common line of the Dr. W. Section 2.
