A public hearing will be held at 2:00 o'clock P. ~'A., on Mondy, January 19, 1959 at Winecoff School, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabar~us and a pepresentative of the North Carolina State Board of Health concerning the annex- ation of the following territory to the Parkwood Sanitary District in Cabar~us County: Beginning at a point in the center of theConco~d-Kannapolis Highway, said point being 150 feet no~th of the northern boundary of Winecoff School Road, a~d ~unning thence in two courses 150 feet from and parallel with the northern boundary of Winecoff School Road, South 89 degrees West 900 feet, South 55 degrees West llTO feet more or less to a point 150 feet no~th of the noxthe~n boundary of Winecoff School Road and 150 feet west of the western boundary of Linker Street extended; thence a line in two courses 150 feet from and parallel with the western~boundazy of Linker Street South 21 1/2 degrees East 550 feet, South 29 degrees East ~25 feet more oz less; thence a line 150 feet from and parallel with the Southern boundary ~f Stewart Street North 72 1/2 degrees EaSt 860 feet to a point 150 feet from the western boundary of School Street extended; thence a line 150 feet from and parallel to the western boundary of School Street extended South 20 degrees East 390 feet; thence North 33 ½ degrees East 550 feet more or less; thence a line 250 feet from and parallel to the western boundary of the Concord Kannapolis Highwa~ North 15 1/2 degrees West 6~0 feet; thence North 85 1/2 degrees East 265 feet to a point in the center of the Concozd-Kannapolis Highway; thence with the center of said Highway North 14 1/2 degrees West 900 feet more ~o~~ less to the point of Beginning. Ezzell, North 54 1/2 degrees East 450 feet to the western line of Cannon Boulevard; thence following the said western line South 35 1/2 degrees East 235 feet to the southern line of Country Club Road; thence following the south line of this ~ad in three courses North 29 1/2 degrees East 750 feet No~th 24 degrees EaSt 500 feet and North 26 degrees East 615 feet to the center of Three Mile Branch; thence following Three Mile Branch as it winds in a Northwesterly direction about 1155 feet to the northern corner of "The Pines" subdivision; thence following the linesof this subdivision in a westerly direction along a small b~anch about 1350 feet to the eastern boundary of Cannon Boulevard; thene South 86 1/2 degrees West about 500 feet to a point in the eastern boundary of Central Avenue of the line of Simmons no~thern boundary; thence crossing central A~enue, following Simmons northern boundary and crossing the Southern Railroad right of way South 57 degrees West 330 feet to its western boundary; thence following said western boundary of the Southern Railroad in a curve to a point in said western boundary 150 feet north of the northern boundary of Stewart Street extended; thence South 85 1/2 degrees West about 65 feet to a point in the center of the Concord-Kannapolis Highway; thence with the center of said highway North lh 1/2 ~degzees West 900 feet more oz less to the point of Beginning. At the time and place above stated any resident of the territory proposed to be annexed o~ of the Pazkwood S~nitary District or any other interested person may appear and be heard.
