<br /> Section 1. That the Board of Commissioners has determined and does hereby find and declare
<br /> that a certified copy of the resolution entitled.-"RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING $162,OOO GENE~L
<br /> OBLI~TION WATE~ AND SEgER BOND6 OF PARKWOOD SANIT~Y DIjT~ICT", passed by the Sanitary District
<br /> Board of paxkwood Sanitary Distlict on April 11,1959, has been received by ~his Board.

<br /> Section 2. That a special bond election is hereby ordeled to be held in Pa~kwood Sanitary
<br /> Distlict, in Cabarxus County, North Carolina, on Saturday, june 6, 1959, between 6~30 A-M and
<br /> 6:30 P M, Eas~tern Standard Time, at which thole shall be submitted to the qualified ~egistered
<br /> voters of said Paxkeocd Sanitary District the following proposition:
<br /> Issuing not exceeding $162,O00 General Obligation Water and Sewer Bonds rem the
<br /> purposed-of providing funds for the acquisition and construction of a water and sanitary sewer
<br /> system roi the Distziit~ including the acquisition, reconstruction and enlargemeni of existing
<br /> water mains and lines, the construction and installation of water and sewer mains and lines, the
<br /> construction of a sewage pumping station, andthe acquisition of any necessary land and ~ig_hts of
<br /> way, as authorzed by a bond resolutinn adopted by the Sanitary District Board of said District on
<br /> April 11, 1959, and the levy of a tax for the payment thereof.

<br /> Section 3. There shall be a new registration of voters for said election, the books for such
<br /> new registration to be open f~om 9:00A M until sunset on each day beginning Saturday, May 9, 1959
<br /> and ending Saturday, May 23, 1959. On each Saturday du~ing such period said books shall be
<br /> kept open at the po~]~,.= place. Saturday, May 30, 1 959, shall be Challenge Day.

<br /> Section 2. That notice of said election and new registration shall be published once a week
<br /> for three successive weeks, the first publication to be at least thirty (30) dags before the close
<br /> of the registration books, in The Concord TIibune, a newspaper published in Cabaxrus County and
<br /> circulating in said District, which notice shall be in substantially the following form:
