Pleasant to High School. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises, IT IS HEREBY AGREe, subject to <br /> <br />the approval of the County Commissioners fox Cabarrus County, North Carolina, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $35,000.00 to which the Cabarrus Oounty Board of Education is entitled <br /> <br /> from t he anticipated bond issue be allocated to the Concord Cityi~ Board of Education for the <br /> establishment of additional facilities at the Logan High School (the ninth through the twelfth <br /> grades inclusive) wit"in the attendance a~.sa of the Concord City Administrative Unit; <br /> <br /> 2. That such children as may qualify for admission totbe LoganHigh School (the ninth <br /> <br />through the twelfth grades inclusive) and residing within the attendance area of the Cabarrus <br />County Administrative Unit may be assigned to t he said Logan High ~chool (theninth thzough the <br />twelfth grades inclusive)by the Cabarrus County Board of Education; <br /> <br /> 3.
