523 <br /> <br /> I, John R.Boge~,Register of Deeds and Ex Officio Clezk of the Boazd of Commissioners of <br />the County of Caba~rus, Nozth Carolina, do hereby ceztify that the following is a tzue and <br />exact copy of an extzact f~om the minutes of said Doard of Commissioners at its zegular June 1 <br />1959 meeting as recorded in volume 13 of the Minutes of said Board at page 523 which reads: <br /> <br /> "It appeazing that a special bond election will be held in the Pa~kwood Sanitazy District <br />in Cabarrus County, North Cazolina, on the 6th day of June, 1959, on the question ff appzoval of <br />the resolution adopted by the Sanitary Distzict Board of the Pazkwood Sanitazy Distzict on <br />Apzil ll, 1959, authozizing the issue of not exceeding $162,000 general obligation water and <br />sewez bond, and that it will be necessary fox the Board of Commissionexs to meet thereaftez fox <br /> <br />the canvassing of the zet~urns of said election, upon motion of Commissioner, W. Guy Isenhouz <br /> Commissione z <br />and seconded by/M.
