There shall be a new registration of voters for said election, the bookg for such new.~registration to be open from 9:00 A M until sunset on each day beginning Saturday, August 29, 1959, and ending SaturS~y, September 12, 1959. On each Saturday during such period said books shall be kept open at the polling place. ~$aturday, September 19, 1959, shall be Challenge Day. Section 4. The boumd~ry lines of said South Concord Sanitary District are as folloWS~? Beginning at a point in the western boundary of the Main Line of the S~uthern Railroad opposite the centerline of Short Street adjoining the South side of the Franklin Mill property in South Concord, thence follow!n9 said centerline of Short Street North 83 degrees West 15OO feet; thence North 6~ degrees 30 minutes West, 620 feet more or less to a point halfway between Jacksan Street and the Old Charlotte Highway; thence halfway between said street, South 47 degrees West 475 feet to the center of Rockwell Road; thrice South 55 .desrees East 250 feet more or lees to a point :100 feet east of Jackson Street; thence parallel t~ Jackson Street in two courses South 38 degrees West 560 feet and South 5 degrees West 840 feet more or less to the center of Sunset Creek;thence following said Sunset Creek downstream following the various courses and meanderings thereof, and continuin§ tot he western boundary of the Southern Railroad; thence following said western boundary of the railroad to the point of Beginning. If: said bonds shall be issued a tax will he levied upon all taxable property within the South Concord Santt~y Distri~tt sufficient to p~y the principal of and the interest on said _bonds.
