<br /> B~ IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus:

<br /> Section 1. That the Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to comply with the request
<br />
<br /> of the petition set forth above for the creation of a sanitary district in Cabarrus Countyand
<br /> does hereby determine that such sanitary district for the purposes stated in said petition should
<br /> be created and established as a sanitary district pursuant to Article 12 of Chapter 130 ~[f the
<br /> General Statutes of North Carolina.

<br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners is hereby directed to certify immed: ately
<br />
<br /> a copy of this resolution to the State Health Director of the North Carolina State Board of Health
<br />
<br /> Commissioner W.C~uy Isenhour moved the passage of the foregoing resolution entitled:"RESOLUT2 ON

<br /> OONCERNING CREATION OF A SANITARY DISTRICT IN CAB~ COUNTY" and Commissioner P.E.Stallings

<br /> seconded the motion andthe resolution was passed by the following vote:
