'620 The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners met at their regular monthly meetin9 on April h, 1961 at 10:OO A M at the Courthouse with the following members present: Chairman: W. Frank McCray Commissioners: M. Smoot Lyles, L Bowman Barrier, P.Ernest Stallings and W.Guy Isenhour Motion.by P.Ernest Stallings, seconded by M.Smoot Lyles that the State Highwy be requested to f, ake over and maintain the following roads: No. 10 Township- Request for addition - Road No. 1130 No. 11 Township - BrownDrtve Ext.- request for addition. Section 2. A apecial bond election is hereby ordered to he held in the Royal Oaks ~anttary District, in Caharrus County, North Caroltna~ on Tuesday, May 16, 1961, between 6:30 A. M. a~d 6:3~ P M., Easternb'tandard Time, at which there Shall he submitted to the qualified registered voters said Royal Oaks Sanitary District the following proposition: Issuing not exceeding $270,000 General Obligation Sanitary Sewer Bonds for the purpose of proctdtng funds, with other available funds, tbr the construction ami acquisition of additions and extensions tothe Sanitary sewer system for the District, including the acquisition and installation of oUtfaliand collecting lines, the construction o f pumping stations and force mains, and the acquisitionof any necessary lami and rights of way, as authorized hy a bond resolution adopted hy the Sanitary District Board of said District on March 30, 1961, and hhe levy of a tax for the payme thereof. Section 3. For said election the regular ~&ap registration hooks for elections in said Royal Oaks Sanitary District shall he used and such hooks shall he open for the retliStration of voters not theretofore registered from 9:00A M until sunset on each day heginning Saturday, April 22, 1961 a nd ending Saturday, May 6, 1 961. On each Saturday during such period said hooks shall De lept open at the polling place. Saturday, May 13,1961, shall he Challenge Day. Section 4.
